Our success is in providing a launching pad for you to successfully grow your business, staff and impact! Therefore, we have flexible month-to-month options to help you continue to move up from coworking, to a private small office, then a larger impact suite, and eventually out of Nexus. We’ll celebrate your success and not try to hold you back because of long-term contracts.
Private Offices
- Elect to do month-to-month or up to 2 years to lock in your rate for a longer term.
- Rent is prorated the 1st month if you do not start on the 1st.
- A refundable deposit equal to your 1st month’s rent is due upon signing your lease.
- Every member of each company is required to go through orientation. They have 30 days from starting their membership to do so. After 30 days, there is a $50 charge per member each month until they complete orientation.
- Allowed to paint walls and hang items on walls as long as they return them to their original condition upon vacating.
- Abide by the Fair Use Policy below.
Co-working
- Elect to do month-to-month or pay for an Annual Membership up front and get 2 months free.
- Memberships are prorated the 1st month if you do not start on the 1st.
- Memberships can be canceled anytime but are not refundable after they are paid.
- Only one person per membership – similar to a gym membership they can not be shared.
- Every membership is required to go through orientation. They have 30 days from starting their membership to do so. After 30 days, there is a $50 charge per member each month until they complete orientation.
