Micro-offices and Impact Suites at Nexus are reserved for Impact-based businesses. When you become a co-working member, rent a room for an event, or become an impact partner, you are helping us keep our rental rates economical for social enterprises, non-profits and for profit businesses that are using their business for good in our community.

Our tenants are the heartbeat of Nexus. We are an inclusive group of nonprofits, social enterprises and impact-driven businesses with diverse personal and professional backgrounds and beliefs. This great mix of socially-minded leaders use their careers to advance decent work, water poverty, economic development, education and many other issues of our day. Recognizing that the progress that can be made when more businesses take the responsibility and embed impact into their business models, the progress we can make collectively to solve some of our worlds social issues accelerates.
